Meet Our Chef
Executive Chef brings over 15 years of international experience to Shaved Ice/Drinks. After training in Paris and working in top restaurants in Douala,he has developed a style that honors traditional Cameroonian cuisine while adding creative contemporary touches.
His seasonal menus reflect the diversity of our quality, from the coastal seafood dishes to the hearty mountain stews of the West.
